Languages develop, evolve, morph, and disappear. I often despair at my ignorance in speaking only one language fluently – especially when travelling overseas.
The language of flowers is an often sidelined example of one way people can communicate their feelings and intentions. Red roses for love and white lilies for sympathy are often the limit on our abilities to use this particular language.
This vase of pink and white blooms begs forgiveness and encompasses the generosity of grace received – something of which this present world is in desperate need.
